I have many compliments to share about the SSi team and would like to explain why you are my first choice when it comes to my surgical instrumentation requirements.
Part of bringing our trauma program to fruition is having a successful neurology department ready to handle various neurological problems. We have a new neuro surgeon on staff now who arrived earlier this year. Along with his arrival, we received a list of requested instruments that he wanted for the OR. The SSi team took this listing, completed a cross-reference, prepared a set list and provided an applicable quote. In addition, the SSi team allowed our staff to get a hands-on experience and trial some of the items which accommodated our needs.
We had an operation scheduled which allowed me 36 hours to get these requested items in our facility and prepared for the case. The surgeon was willing to use instruments that we had on hand, however I knew the items he wanted would make a difference between making a mediocre procedure to becoming pleasantly surprised. Your staff hit a home run! They worked hard to get me everything we needed and shipped to our facility via overnight delivery - all of the essential instruments were here with plenty of time to get sterilized and ready for the scheduled surgery. The case was a sucess and I feel the surgeon was "pleasantly surprised" when he has able to use the special items he had requested.
